What a Nest is

Park’ɴNest is a freestanding, self-supporting overhead storage locker. It sits above the hood end of a parking space in a covered garage, so the space below stays usable and the resident gets private storage at their own stall.

  • Published minimums. 8 ft 6 in of ceiling height and a 9 ft wide space.
  • Covered parking only. Outdoor use is not established, so an open surface lot gets no revenue figure.
  • Site-specific review. Stall width, vehicle clearance, floor and slab, fire and sprinkler layout are all checked at your property.

How it works

1

Your brief, free

Answer a few questions and read the numbers on screen. No contact details are needed to see them.

2

A 15-minute call

We confirm your garage details and who needs to sign off, then set a time to walk the garage with your team.

3

Garage review

We measure clearance and stall layout, flag anything that needs engineering or fire review, and recommend a locker count.

4

Written quote

Pricing comes after the review, so every number you take to the board or ownership is specific to your property.

What boards and owners ask first

Fire and sprinklers

Reviewed for each garage. The property’s fire reviewer and AHJ decide. Some garages need placement limits or sprinkler changes, and we raise that before the board votes.

Anchoring

Park’ɴNest is designed as a freestanding, self-supporting overhead storage locker. Final placement and any restraint requirement depend on the configuration, site conditions, engineering, and the property’s AHJ.

Floor and structure

Reviewed for your garage, including slab conditions and post-tensioned slabs. If your engineer wants to review, we provide our current technical package.

Insurance

We share current insurance and contract documents. Your broker confirms acceptability.

Does this need an owner vote?

Placing lockers above assigned or limited common element spaces may require an owner vote under your governing documents, whichever funding model you choose. Confirm with association counsel before a vote.

Why is there no price on this page?

Your price depends on locker count, delivery, installation scope, configuration and site conditions. We quote after the garage review, so every number you take to the board or ownership is specific to your property.

See the numbers for your own property.

It takes about two minutes, and you see the full summary before anyone asks for your details.
